Detailed Video Documentation
This is our most basic documentation
package. It consists of a detailed video of each room's contents with emphasis on high end possessions. This package
is best suited to clients wanting proof of possession to assist them with the claims process. You are provided with a DVD
labeled with the Time and Date of the documentation, and a witnessed statement from our company on the validity of the DVD.

Prices are $75 to $225 depending on the amount of time (1-2 hrs.), and the amount
of contents to be recorded.
Comprehensive Video Documentation
This is our normal documentation package. It consists of a detailed video of each room's contents with emphasis on high
end possessions. As well as individual still photos of those items. Also we document contents of cabinets, drawers and any
other places you have items that you want to document. This package also includes storage of the video documentation in a
secure remote location for 1 year (renewable). So should anything happen to your copy of the DVD, another can be provided
for you.

with office space less than 4000 Sq ft. (excludes inventory)
Prices are $300 to $525 depending on the amount of time
(2-6 hrs.), and the amount of contents to be recorded.
Complete Video Documentation
This is our normal documentation package with the following enhancements. We also
take recognizable still photos of receipts that the owner provides us that correspond to the stills taken of the higher end
items to show proof of ownership as well as possession.
Prices are $350 to $750 depending on the amount of time (2-8 hrs), and the amount
of receipts to be recorded.
Collection and Inventory Video Documentation
This is our premier documentation package it is usually used by clients who have extensive
amounts of possessions or collections that need documenting for insurance, cataloging or estate planning purposes. This
includes video and stills of the items as well as serial numbers, recipes of purchase, appraisal documents and or approximate
estimates of value for each item as provided by the client. These records are provided by category on individual DVD's
as well as a printed portfolio. Storage of the digital material for 1 year (renewable) is also provided

Owners of large collections of items like Artwork, Jewelry, Coins, Cars,
Guns, etc.
